Our services comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities Regulations 2010. We abide by the policies and procedures that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) had laid upon companies providing care for elderly.
We believe that every individual is unique and therefore have different needs and varies according to their cultures and beliefs. Hence, we ensure that personalised care, treatment and support involvement are properly assessed and organized for every individual who registers under our care according to their lifestyle. We respect the dignity of every client and promote their rights and choices.
We are committed in supporting vulnerable elderly people so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence. We aim to meet the needs of those people that are entrusted to our care.
At the beginning, will meet with you to discuss your needs or your relative’s needs and conduct an assessment regarding health, past medical history, medications, lifestyle and the assistance you want us to provide. Together, you and the care manager will create a plan of care and will choose a carer which will be personally approved by you.
